What is your feature request?

I use Telegram notifications for all system events of interest. Many tools embed or support integration with Apprise that then lets you define which notification engine to use for delivery. This offloads the developer from building individual integration to the different notification providers.
Support for Apprise can be either:

• Embedded within xyops
• Integrated natively to crops (calling an external Apprise URL) -or-
• A marketplace plug-in

It is supported tho, you can use webhooks for this, with very granular control. Heck, you can use webhooks directly with telegram if you wanted so - https://core.telegram.org/bots/api
