[Feature] Add Doll prefabs for all player characters

Every character (Human, Troll, Dragon) has a doll associated with it which is displayed in the character detail state (inventory/stats/skills/awards view)

Doll consists of:

• Body
• Left hand - open (not wielding anything)
• Left hand - closed (not sure what this is used for)
• Left hand - hold (holding some item)
• Right hand - open (not wielding anything)
• Right hand - closed (holding some item)
• Right hand - fingers (overlay over the item)

Dragons do not have any hands
