[A11Y] Skipped heading level - Archives page

Issue Description

In the Archive pages, the title Archive skips heading level 2 when listing the Issues. It may cause confusion to users when using assistive technologies that outline the page's content on a Table of Contents to assist in the internal navigation.

How to reproduce / Current behavior

1. Access a journal that uses Pragma theme
2. Click on "Archives" menu item
3. Check the heading level from the main title to the first listed issue

Action

Adjust the issue name to use heading level 2, i.e.: <h2>
