Investigate how we can make use of a public shard URL next to the VirtualWorkspace URL in the local setup #744
Description
Context
In the future we want to be able to deploy KCP with multiple shards. Operators would then retrieve the needed urls from the APIExportEndpointSlices. These URLs need to be different for each shard.
Currently the url of the front proxy is used also as a virtual workspace url.
Desired State
- Be able to have a local deployment that allows to reach KCP vial the frontproxy domain (https://kcp.api.portal.dev.local:8443) and also the root shard at (https://kcp-shards-root.api.portal.devl.local:8443)
- adjust the needed hostAliases as need to allow operators access to the root shard.
