Wrong behaviour of boolean configuration values

Boolean configuration values which are set to `true` by default in `values.ui.json`, are being set to `true` each time the deployment edit form is opened, regardless of their value in the configuration. 
In addition, in the deployment details, they are not being shown in case their value in configuration is set to `false`.
