Code coverage #220
Description
In playframework/play-ebean#283 I removed Codecov and jacoco4sbt which were added long time ago: playframework/play-ebean@2a53f03
I never really look at their results.
In case we want to have code coverage I think we should have a solution for all repos across the organization.
This is nothing urgent just a reminder since I just removed those libs in play-ebean.
