No brands + campaigns types

I see that there is a lib/resources/brand.js file, but no accompanying type definition in types/resources/brand.d.ts. Same for lib/resources/campaign.js.

Is that something that can be easily generated and added to the repo please?

I've forked the repo and am adding the types here.
