AI BOT Agent to be added in the conference call

Hi,

Use case is end user calls in to Plivo number.. One the call is received to Python app... it starts a bidirectional stream and also a conference. 

So that at later moment of time, Python app has to a call a real agent... it calls the agent and add him/her to the conference.

Can you please help me on how to achieve this?
