Feature request: Support audiostream elements for MPC wait/hold music

Hi there,

I have a request to play custom hold music from live streaming radio stations (not a normal mp3 or wav file with a fixed length/file size, so I can't use <Play>). Ideally I want to use MPC for this as we want easy conferencing abilities.

At the moment you have this on your API/XML docs:
"The URL must return an XML document with Play, Speak, and/or Wait elements only. All other elements are ignored.”

Is this possible to add the ability to use <Stream> elements for MPC hold/wait music in the near future? I am really depending on this to modernize the capabilities of my phone system.
