Add JS files to GitHub releases

Hi,

In 4.0.2 you removed dist/* files
I still can download them from https://www.npmjs.com/package/@pointcloudtechnology/resumablejs?activeTab=code
Or https://unpkg.com/@pointcloudtechnology/resumablejs@4.0.3/dist/main.js
But this is a bit of a pain to document.
Could you push `main.js` as `resumable.js` in GitHub releases artifacts ?
having main.js.map would be great too
