Fails to connect to Blofeld using default MIDI device name

Midiedit does not connect to the Blofeld using the default device name "Waldorf Blofeld". Setting the midi device name to "Blofeld" causes the connection to work fine.

At least since Blofeld f/w 1.22, possibly earlier (midiedit was originally written against 1.16B), the Blofeld registers itself as "Blofeld MIDI 1" rather than "Waldorf Blofeld" as it did earlier.

For some reason though, setting "Blofeld MIDI 1" as the device name doesn't work, however, "Blofeld" works fine, so we use that as the new default.

Fix checked into fix-blofeld-1.22 branch. No release with this version yet.
