Azure Alert and cert renewal trace

Hi,

Trying to set up an alert when a domain can't be renewed.
I'm querying the table AppExceptions and get all the exceptions created by the app, but, I'm having trouble getting the actual domain the exception is tied to.

As an example:

Orchestrator function 'IssueCertificate' failed: The activity function 'Dns01Authorization' failed: "The record could not be created because a CNAME record with the same name already exists in this zone.
Status: 409 (Conflict)
ErrorCode: Conflict

With +100 domains I need to get the actual domain that this duplicate record exists..
Is there a custom log or trace that I can query to get this information ?
