COSMIC Window decorations visible on app which draws it's own window controls

Hi

I am running Tracktion Waveform on Pop!_OS COSMIC having previously run it on Ubuntu. Waveform is an app which draws its own window controls (task bar, minimize, maximize, etc) and on Ubuntu the GNOME window controls are not shown. On Pop!_OS however the COSMIC windows controls are shown.#

See attached screenshot - I believe the light-grey COSMIC window bars should not be drawn for these windows.

Is this expected behavior? If not then might there be a change required where COSMIC detects apps which draw their own window controls?

From what I understand given previous issue discussions, server side decorations should only appear if the app does not set "prefer-CSD", does this happen on other environments like KDE that use SSD?

Here's how it looks on Kubuntu / KDE. This looks correct to me.
