Armor stands movable by spears

Hi, a player reported that they were able to move another player's locked (private) armor stands by charging at them with a spear. This is valid on the current version 1.2.13.

Steps to reproduce:

1. find a protected armor stand to which you have no permissions
2. charge at it with a spear
3. the armor stand will move

It doesn't seem like it could destroy the armor stand, it's just about the movement. Not sure if the new charge attack triggers a new event, but I guess Bolt will need to secure it, similar to regular attacks.

Bolt could work around it by listening to PrePlayerAttackEntityEvent
