Allow portage-brew and Upstream Homebrew Installations to Co-Exist

     This would allow continued use of Homebrew while portage-brew is still, pardon the pun, brewing. It would also make migration easier later, though that might also require us to have an equivalent of 'brew bundle' that can help us handle that.
