Helm chart portworx-3.0.0.tgz contains wrong pxOperatorImageVersion

BUG REPORT:
There is a version mismatch in the tgz of the helm chart and the source, in the 3.0.0 version of the portworx chart

What happened:
We updated portworx-operator to chart-version 3.0.0
After this, the pxOperator was still running version 23.4.0 (we need 23.5+ for some bugfixes)

What you expected to happen:
That the update to the chart version 3.0.0 would include the correct value for pxOperatorImageVersion, namely 23.5.1

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Install portworx operator from http://charts.portworx.io/
(Even helm show values will show the issue)

Anything else we need to know?:
In PR 'update portworx to 3.0.0' the value pxOperatorImageVersion was set to 23.5.1
However in the portworx-3.0.0.tgz in the stable folder, this value is still 23.4.0
