OMK server links are not working

All the server link mentioned in https://github.com/posm/OpenMapKitServer#the-basics are not working.

ex:

http://ec2-18-219-198-14.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com/info -> 404 not found

Highly appreciate if you and mention the new urls

If you're getting a 404 then there is likely some error that occurred during setup/install

How do I troubleshoot this? When I am installing I did not get any error message. I can't telnet port 3210 and home page is working fine. This is my server URL http://ec2-18-219-198-14.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com/. Really appreciate if you can check this issue.
