[suggestion] Detect presence of certain bots and suggest bulk edit before delete

At least 1 bot, Dyno, can mirror any deleted message to a defined channel. As it may be difficult to realize that one of those bots are on a server before deleting your messages, I'm suggesting a minor notification when one of those bots are detected with a suggestion to mass edit first.

While it wouldn't help with any messages already recorded via various means, editing all the messages before deleting them does currently change what is recorded when a message is deleted

I don't know anything about discord events that bots listen to but I assume they can also detect when a message is edited and mirror that as well? In which case this suggestion might be moot.

Yeah, they can.. But I believe only up to a 14-day limitation... Therefore it won't matter if your messages are over 14 days old.
