media could not be loaded

While processing the video and srt file it shows "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." I am not sure where am I going wrong?

The following executed successfully
docker-compose up db
docker-compose up

Looks like the subtitle file format is a bit different than the subtitle file format I have used.
Please find attached the video, subtitle and audio file which I used as a reference while developing this project.
