Installed package's requirements are not updated

After updating dynapps the requirements for prezi.website.your app are not updated, in this case django.

I did some quick-fixing on this at 70c8bc5 and 63fa9a8. It only works for the master branch. I'll be very happy if you can do something more reliable.

This bug hit me again. Install of a sub-requirement failed. Snakebasket doesn't look at the sub-requirements of the parent-requirement as it is already installed.
