Improve Error Messages

Hey there,

It would be very helpful to get more informations about errors from providers in case of errors like misconfigured requests (400 error). E.g. does the Anthropic provider throw a PrismException without further information about the response from the provider if the response code is other than 429, 413 or 529. Please provide the body from the response in the exception (e.g. as optional argument) or create a new Exception type for those cases. Otherwise it is very hard find my own mistakes.
