@prisma/client did not initialize yet even client was created

After yarn dev i can see the primsa client is generated, but there seems to be an issue in the init phase...

Node: v22.16.0
nuxt: 3.17.5
vue: 3.5.17

In the Prisma troubleshooting documentation (https://www.prisma.io/docs/orm/more/help-and-troubleshooting/prisma-nuxt-module) there is some detail about this issue:

Please try delete output = ../generated/prisma in schema.prisma, like

prisma/schema.prisma

generator client {
  provider = "prisma-client-js"
}

This resolved it for me.

I tried to create a new project today and found that nuxt4 has been released, so I tried it and the same problem of not automatically initializing occurred. Even if I downgraded it back, there was no response. It's very distressing. It seems that I can't easily try the new version! 😤

OK, My bad, I forgot the following configuration, other plugins will be added automatically, I forgot prisma/nuxt will not be added automatically, after adding it, it solved my problem...
