Signal is not generated for electrons that terminate immediately.

If an electron hits the walls of the cavity or waveguide immediately or within a few DAQ samples, the LPF can't do an FFT and an egg file is not generated. It would be preferable to have an empty time series, instead of having no readable output at all.
