Synchronise external_control _receive with _actuate using message identifier #5
Description
With the transitioning to message identifiers, the receiver thread reception routine became obsolete. Despite it being less attractive than the asynchronous DataRead equivalent, a simple attribute to synchronise reception of the last actuation response completes the status statistics also for external control in the sense of received and dropped messages.
- Add last (randomised) message_identifier for external actuation
- Update statistics for external control to track reception percentage
