Support For Windows XP

It's not working on Windows XP x86. My computer can't stand Windows 7. Is there a way to compile this for Windows XP?

I am not sure if it could be compiled for XP, apparently the v141_xp toolset has partial C++17 support (which the server currently relies on), however not sure if it's sufficient. Another way to try to do this would be to not use C++17 STL features altogether.

Currently the server is designed to run on Windows 7 and higher, however this could be looked into.
