Support for ESP32 ?

I did set the config files to ESP8266, and the library appears to work.

Would be nice if it the library auto detected ESP32, there are lots of these around now and they have so much memory ......

I'm actually working on a v3 for SerialUI that is a refactor++... in addition to having a slightly smaller footprint, I'm aiming for new types of fields, a redesign of Device Druid that'll look better and do more, and support for a bunch of new platforms--including the ESP32, which I've been using a lot lately, myself.

Short version: I'm managing to work these changes as part of a real-world project for a client, which is helping to subsidize the changes a bit while giving me the opportunity to address issues and do the redesign in a way that provides useful functions that are proven to work.

So stay tuned and I'll be doing the release as soon as I can.
