Multiple IP Selections

Hi, Is it possible to create a multiple IP server and let client side to select the IP when connecting to the server? Such as PC connecting and use IP 01 as the vpn ip, and mobile use IP 02 as the vpn ip.

Since I wanted to connect my whatsapp and other company social accounts to my VPN. But I want my pc, mobile and laptop having individual ip instead of same ip to prevent banning. But I'd like to add ip to my kvm instead creating a new kvm to save money.

You could run the script directly on the VPS and then also run a docker instance with the second public IP, no?
