hi, i need this filter (link below) to open in snapcamera server,

i have tried to open with link in snapcamera but it say error on snap camera it always loading and also i dont have the cache of this filter so i cant import to my new snapcamera, the filter wont pop up, if u can fix this problem and get the filter to me ill send u money with usdt 10$ , i really need this filter thank you!
