Usage Question: Possibility to setup for Manufacturing Company

the tested the software and it is very smooth and fast.

but some things are missing according to our workflow.

is it possible to edit forms and tables to match our workflow?

Hey @puemos Thank you for the quick response

so we are using a tool called Nocobase but the issues is we are not experts in building and managing custom apps

our current workflow is:
Sales Team

1. Creates a Sales Order

our production is handled via our erp so we don't use that in our tool

Quality

1. Checks the Quality by selecting the sales order and populating the field with sales order fields like

• Customer Name
• Order Date
• Product Name
• Qty
• Notes

then quality team fills the form and prints the quality check form

Operations

1. create shipment from orders where quality is checked and passed

quantities are auto updated in order form so you can check how much was ordered and how much is balance

and all quality checks and shipments are linked to orders

in the end we have change history tab where we history for every change in all forms and records

it is fully customizable and very smooth but we faced some issues where something was not working so we have to hire someone or wait for nocobase support to fix it which tool alot of time and our workflow was effected.

it looks much better than before

Few Questions I had in mind

• in the history tab user is not showing who change/update the value

• can we customize the order page as we have some specific fields we want to add
• one thing which is missing in our current workflow is (approval system so we can add a sales Manager, production manager or any Manager to approve the flow for example Sales manager will be able to check edit and approve the orders created by sales team or send back for revision) same for production team. and all this is recorded in the history tab.
• can we add batch fields in the shipment as when shipment is created from order a batch number is entered for each product.

• users permissions (can we limit users to have specific tab permission and to specific field permission like making required of a user and making disabled/hidden for other users)

• attachments( as attachments is our main part of workflow so we need to keep attachments for each order and shipment as proof)
