A command such as _!voice_ can result in a chat comment such as...

Or the comment can only be visible to B0Tzerker such as...

**_You have the Svetlana voice._**

If desired, the command can accept a username, where a viewer can see what voice another viewer has...

_!voice B0Tzerker_ results in **_B0Tzerker has the Svetlana voice._**
