!mbh in front of a comment prevents the comment from being added to the readlc stack. #161

@B0tzerker

Description

@B0tzerker

It's an issue because a viewer who does not have the authority to use !mbh say will not have their comment read by the command, !readlc

Suggestion: We look at the status of the viewer (mod, vip, subbed) and if the viewer is none of those, we add the comment to the readlc stack. While we could remove the !mbh from the viewers comment, I think it should be left in so we recognize the viewer does not have an understanding of mister big head and we can explain it to them.
