Update Marquand Location Names to Reflect Move back to Marquand Library after 1/8/2026.

What maintenance needs to be done?

Marquand Library is re-opening and "on-campus" collections are not longer in another building than the Marquand Library space. Locations stored in the Library on campus should no longer have the description "Remote" in their names.

@kevinreiss @mzelesky have the external names changed in Alma? Is there an Alma related ticket?

It would be better the names first to change in Alma and then we do the change in bibdata so that we keep these changes in sync.

I do not see a ticket yet for this for updating in Alma. I will create one.
