Review Indexing of Geographic Subject in Ephemera Workflow

Review the indexing of ephemera data in the following two fields:

1. Geographic Subject (coverage in the jsonld output we index)
2. Geographic Origin (origin_place in the jsonld output we index)

We have code in place that should index this data but it appears at least in some instances it isn't happening.

1. The coverage is indexed in the geographic facet. For example coverage Pakistan see it in the catalog it is filtered as part of the geographic facet: Pakistan. You can see that on the left side of the screen in the facets (Subject: Geographic).
   Maybe we could also map it to the lc_subject similar to what we do for the Geographic name 651$a.

2. The origin_place is indexed as part of the : pub_citation_display, pub_date_display, publication_location_citation_display, pub_created_display. For example origin place Pakistan see in the catalog the label 'Published/Created'. you can also see it in the search results page.
