Error when installing linux dependencies

When following steps in
https://github.com/pulp-platform/pulp-builder/blob/master/README.md#linux-dependencies

Third step yields error:
$ sudo pip2 install configparser
sudo: pip2: command not found
$

Is tehre a typo on the command?

This tool can have different names, depending on your Linux distribution. What is important is to install this module for python2 and python3. Maybe the name for python2 is pip in your distribution.
