module mutes earpiece/speaker when enabled; cannot listen to calls

Thanks for your work on this module so far. I'm creating an issue here because I couldn't find an XDA thread specific to this module, and the README.md file doesn't point me elsewhere. I've just:

1. installed v2.2 of the Xposed Framework on my rooted Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 running SlimBean v4.2.2;
2. rebooted;
3. installed v1.0 of the Enable Call Recording module;
4. enabled the module; then
5. rebooted again.

A test phone call connected successfully, but I couldn't hear anything from the other party through the earpiece, or through the speaker after enabling speakerphone mode. I also noticed that while I was in the test call, there was no visible UI element to initiate a call recording (if there's meant to be one).

I disabled the module and rebooted. Another test phone call correctly connected and the other party was audible, so the problem seems to be caused by this module.

Please let me know what other information I can provide to assist in resolving this issue.

So I just spotted this comment in the source code:

/* 
 * This patch will enable the Samsung call recording feature, which
 * is normally enabled or disabled based on the user's region. ...
 */

...which would probably explain my trouble: the module is only intended for those using the stock Samsung ROM, which I'm not.

I wonder whether this module could be adapted to add a call recording feature to more "vanilla" ROMs such as SlimBean (which I believe tries to base itself as closely off vanilla Android as possible)? I have no idea if the functionality is already-there-but-hidden in the way it seems to be for the Samsung ROM.

If not, I guess a somewhat prominent note in the README.md and also on the Module Repository page for this module would be effective in preventing the creation of further reports like mine.

Actually, I still find it interesting that the code seems to have any effect at all on my ROM. As per my original post in this issue thread, the module seems to completely kill off all audio playback during a call; maybe this means that something more can be done after all.
