Kicked out of account, can't sign back in

I keep getting kicked out of my account and then being unable to sign back in, unless I do something like, say, download a whole another browser snf try logging in there, which doesn't even work half the time. Can someone PLEASE tell me what's happening and or fix it!!!

I'm having the same issue. And when I try to reset my password, it says none of my emails are linked to existing users. And I can't make a new account since my username, ZaliahVertex is currently being used.

I tried reaching out to gray on disc, but I believe they're busy and I haven't had a reply for a week, so I'm posting here in the hopes it's more visibile and won't get drowned like it will in discord!
