Push notifs + reply notifications #80
Description
It'd be nice to have push notifications from the website (also in json packets from the already existing message API key, so messages can all be replied to if a client adds support for this chat format) so you can see on other devices if your link has been updated, you've gotten a friend request, etc., and also a new option for dicussions. Discussions would be determined by image responses or @'s, so users don't get unnecessary pings when they are not being involved.
Example:
User1: > loved it!
[ image from User2 ]
User2: blah blah blah
(User2 has left the page by now)
User1: agreement
User2: this is not how people talk
User2: lol
User1: > hated it!
[ image from User3 ]
User3: sorry
User1: it's ok!
Here, User1 would get 3 notifications that User2 made comments, and one notification from User3's comment. that's normal.
but now, User2 should get 2 notifications; one saying User1 loved the image, and another from the agreement of User1. Then, since User3's image has been replied to, User2 will no longer get notifications from the link anymore unless he comments after User3. User1 gets a notification "sorry" and User3 might get a notification from User1 saying "it's ok!"
