Token authentication #191
Description
Copied from #184, which I inadvertently closed.
Create an authentication method for one-time tokens. These will be used for password resets as well as when creating a new account. They should auto-delete themselves after (probably) the user registers a new auth method (which makes sense for both reset and setup).
