Change repository name to pwdhash

Please change the repository name to "pwdhash" and move the code from gh_pages to master branch. Then we should be able to access the website via https://pwdhash.github.io without the need to provide a subdirectory name.

actually per https://pages.github.com

create a new repository named username.github.io

so to end up being able to just serve at https://pwdhash.github.io

• rename repository "website" to "pwdhash.github.io"

hope that helps, also merge my pull request...
in case people are still actually using this.

hint: try mpw instead ;)
