Aggregation

Aggregation shall happen within each layer (at the user's discretion). For now, we do not provide a more sophisticated interface (e.g. for the "flat", unlayered experiment).

Open questions:

• Does simk automagically merge the output of the runs of the simulation function?
• If so, how?
