How to handle channels in the multichannel point cloud?

If we have a multichannel point cloud, each channel may contain different signals (phase, amp, etc. ). 

1) How to handle and visualize such data?
2) How to store units for each channel and other information in metadata?
3) How to visualize such a type of multichannel spectra?
