minor documentation error

I encountered a minor bug in the documentation for the telluric user parameters.
In the description of objmodel, it says that for poly, norder needs to be specified, but the parameter is polyorder and not norder.

In the Telluric documentation, the text refers to both polyorder and poly_order. I also found a missing doc string in telluric.py for poly_telluric()
