Handle multiple instances of the same effect in HUD #4

Currently when, for example, a player spamdrinks poison, multiple representations of the effect appears in the HUD. Of course a player should have the possibility available to poison herself multiple times, stacking the effect, but should the HUD display

  • all the effects,
  • the first instance of the effect or
  • one instance of the effect indicating a multiplier?
