instance path from installed #6
Description
When run from catkin install space, the pacakge bound seems to think it is from source, for some reason.
Not sure if this would happen also from a "python installed" pacakge ( python setup.py install --root to make system packages.) Might be worth checking and fixing if it is buggy...
