Add dynamic reconfigure possibility... #4
Description
Although we do not want to be tied to the process of code generation that dynamic reconfigure, it makes sense for ROS users to expect a way to dynamically expose or not a topic/service/param, using dynamic reconfigure.
We should probably do it in a way that is compatible with dynamic setup service from the client...
