specifying master_uri when getting master #1
Description
It is sometimes useful to be able to specify the URI of the master we want to connect to when doing a pyros_setup.get_master().
This is about implementing this feature. Probably a parameter in the function call...
Maybe two functions, with possibility to use them as context manager as well...
