What is PyStatsV1?

PyStatsV1 provides plain, transparent Python scripts that mirror classical R textbook analyses.

• Chapter-based structure (simulator + analyzer + Makefile targets)
• Synthetic teaching data and reproducible figures/JSON outputs
• CI smoke tests to keep examples runnable

How to get involved

If you’re new and want to contribute:

1. Read the README and CONTRIBUTING.md.
2. Look for issues labeled good first issue or help wanted.
3. Comment on an issue to say you’d like to work on it.
