Current Alpine doesn't have python2 needed for eap_proxy

Despite not knowing Python, I tried to use the 2to3 utility, but eap_proxy just winds up in a restart loop because of addsockaddr.

I'd recommend using goeap_proxy. There is a package in this repository.
