Maestro Pilot is a web-based platform that converts BIM/CAD models, engineering inputs, and site feedback into:
- Interactive 3D assembly manuals
- Real-time completion tracking for clients
We digest massive BIM models, use AI to generate logical assembly sequences, and visualize everything in a custom 3D engine.
We’re building the operating system for next-generation construction.

💻 Your Mission
You’ll build the application backbone of a high-performance Single-Page Application (SPA) that connects massive geometric datasets (1M+ objects) directly to the user’s fingertips.
You’ll work on:
- Advanced UI architecture (React, SSR/RSC, hydration, rendering strategies)
- Complex data visualization (datagrids, flowcharts, 3D overlays)
- State management at scale (Redux, Zustand, XState)
- Algorithms & data structures (graphs, trees, BIM traversal)
- Performance-first engineering (benchmarking, custom lightweight solutions)
🤝 How you’ll collaborate
- With the Graphics Lead to sync React UI with a custom Three.js engine
- With the AI Engineer to visualize AI agents, streaming outputs, and interactive chat interfaces
