Sidebar sould be scrollable #1
Description
On the templates/base.html, the sidebar is not scrollable. That means if the content is bigger than the height of the browser windows, the bottom will be cut off.
A CSS trick should ensure that the sidebar is scrollable it its content doesn't fit in the browser.
